ANALISIS PENETAPAN NISBAH BAGI HASIL PADA PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN MUDHARABAH DI BMT BASMALLAH PONTIANAK

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mechanism for determining the profit-sharing ratio in mudharabah financing at BMT Basmallah Pontianak and its compliance with sharia principles. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that the ratio is determined through a negotiation process between the BMT and the customer before the contract is signed. Factors influencing the ratio include capital, type of business, risk level, business term, and profit projections. The results also show that the ratio determination practice has complied with sharia principles, such as openness, fairness, mutual consent, and freedom from gharar and usury. This study concludes that the mechanism implemented by BMT Basmallah is flexible and adaptive to business conditions, but does not yet have a standardized formula.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme penetapan nisbah bagi hasil pada pembiayaan mudharabah di BMT Basmallah Pontianak serta kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip- prinsip syariah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penetapan nisbah dilakukan melalui proses negosiasi antara BMT dan nasabah sebelum akad ditandatangani. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi besaran nisbah meliputi modal, jenis usaha, tingkat risiko, jangka waktu usaha, dan proyeksi keuntungan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa praktik penetapan nisbah telah memenuhi prinsip syariah, seperti keterbukaan, keadilan, kerelaan kedua pihak, serta bebas dari unsur gharar dan riba. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mekanisme yang diterapkan BMT Basmallah bersifat fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap kondisi usaha, namun belum memiliki formula baku yang terstandarisasi.
